Electra Pro violet portable laser
The Electra Pro is Laserglow’s high-power near-UV portable laser. The shortest wavelength available in a portable laser, the Electra Pro produces laser light very close to the ultraviolet part of the visible spectrum. The unique properties of this laser include the ability to excite fluorescent and phosphorescent materials in a similar way as a black light would, causing these materials to glow brightly. The highly focused beam allows a small area of a glow-in-the-dark material to be ‘charged’ leaving a glowing trail as the beam passes over the material effectively allowing the user to draw glowing patterns on these materials.

This laser has a full FDA-compliant 5-point safety system which includes: key switch, safety interlock, aperture shutter, power LED, and 3-second delay. If you do not want these features you should consider the standard Electra laser which has simple push-button operation. Please note that the standard Electra laser, if over 5mW, is not compliant with import laws in the USA and several other countries. Please check your country's laser regulations to determine if the Electra or Electra PRO is a better choice for you. |
